Talks About Your Business
When someone asks ChatGPT, Google AI, or Gemini to recommend a business like yours — do they mention you? We find out, track it over time, and help you improve.
The big change
Search Is Changing Fast
A few years ago, being on Google's first page was everything. Today, millions of people skip the search results entirely and just ask an AI.
Yesterday
Today
The bottom line: If AI doesn't know who you are, you simply won't get recommended — no matter how good your website is. We measure exactly where you stand, right now.
How we do it
Our 3-Step Process
Behind the scenes, we run real queries against AI systems and measure the results — the same way a potential customer would.
We ask AI the same questions your customers ask
For your business, we build a list of questions people actually type into ChatGPT, Google AI, and other assistants — things like "best hearing clinic in Delhi" or "who makes the most reliable hearing aids." These are the exact phrases your potential customers use when they're ready to buy.
We check if your business was mentioned
When the AI responds, we automatically scan the answer to see if your brand name or website was recommended. We track whether you were mentioned at all, how early in the response you appeared (rank), and whether the context was positive, neutral, or negative.
We track progress over time
Every time a scan runs, we save the results and compare them to previous scans. This creates a trend line — so you can see if you're getting better or worse, and whether actions you've taken (like getting mentioned in a news article) are making a difference.
Your number
Understanding Your Visibility Score
All the data from every query gets rolled into a single score from 0 to 100. It's your "AI health number" — easy to track, easy to improve.
AI consistently recommends you. You appear across many different types of searches, and the responses are positive. You're in a strong position.
AI mentions you for some topics but not others. You're on the radar but there are clear gaps. A few focused improvements can push you into the top tier.
You're being found for some queries but missing many. AI knows you exist but doesn't consistently recommend you. Room to grow.
AI rarely or never mentions your business. Either it doesn't know you exist, or it knows about you but doesn't recommend you. This needs attention immediately.
Good to know
Being mentioned isn't enough on its own. If the AI says “some customers have had issues with Company X,” that counts less than a strong positive recommendation. Our score reflects how well you're mentioned, not just whether you were mentioned.
Where AI learns about you
Citations: The Votes That Count
AI systems learn about businesses from the internet — news articles, review sites, directories, and more. The more places that talk about you, the better AI understands who you are. We track which sources mention you and how valuable each one is.
Forbes, NDTV, TechCrunch — journalists write about you independently
Trustpilot, Google Reviews, G2 — customers publicly rate you
Justdial, IndiaMart — structured listings of your business
Medium, Substack — independent writers mention you
LinkedIn, YouTube — your social presence
Your own website — necessary but not differentiating
We call the variety of sources that mention you your Citation Diversity Score. A business mentioned by 10 different types of sources is far harder for competitors to displace than one only mentioned on a single directory.
What's inside your dashboard
What You Actually Get
Your workspace gives you a live view of your AI presence — not a one-off report, but a running intelligence feed that updates every time you run a scan.
Visibility Score Chart
A graph of your visibility score over time. See if you're trending up or down, and correlate changes with actions you've taken.
Query-by-Query Breakdown
For every question we tested, you see: was your business mentioned? What rank? Was the mention positive, neutral, or negative? What did the AI actually say?
Citation Map
Which websites are mentioning you in the context AI finds valuable? Which types are you missing? We show you the full picture.
Google AI Overview Tracking
We also check if Google's AI Overview feature (the blue box at the top of Google) shows up for your queries, and whether it cites your business.
Action Recommendations
We automatically flag issues — like if you're missing from review sites, or too dependent on one source — and tell you exactly what to do about it.
Competitor Intelligence
When AI mentions your competitors instead of you, we log it. You'll see which rivals are appearing in your category and what's working for them.
Common questions
Things People Ask
Do I need technical knowledge to use this?
None at all. You enter your website, we detect your business automatically, and your dashboard is straightforward charts and plain-English recommendations. No code, no setup files, no technical work required.
How quickly can I improve my AI visibility?
Some things work fast — like getting listed on a major directory — and can show results in 2–4 weeks. Others, like building press coverage, take longer. We show you which actions are worth your time first.
Does this affect my Google ranking?
Not directly — these are separate systems. But the same things that improve your AI visibility (quality content, authoritative mentions, clear business information) also tend to help with Google. They're more connected than separate.
Why does AI sometimes mention competitors instead of me?
AI systems recommend businesses they 'know' well — meaning businesses with a lot of credible, varied mentions across the web. If a competitor has stronger coverage on review sites, news outlets, or directories, they get recommended more often. We show you exactly where the gap is.
How often should I run a scan?
We recommend running scans at least weekly, especially after you've taken any action (published an article, got a new review, got press coverage). Daily scans give you the richest trend data.
